Compliance Manager

Cailey Bracken is Compliance Manager to ARC affiliated advisors, including Council Family Office. In her role, she proactively works with advisors to ensure they comply with all relevant regulations and specifications. Cailey started her career in the financial industry in 2013 as an advisor trainee at United Capital (now Goldman Sachs). It was there she realized her passion for working behind the scenes to help clients reach their financial goals. Cailey is knowledgeable in both RIA and corporate environments where she understands the difference in operations between the two. She has extensive experience in working directly with advisors in both the sales and service side.

When it comes to finance and investing, Cailey feels adaptability is very important and the best way to stay ahead is to plan ahead. Finding a balance between your plan and keeping an open mind to make changes for a changing environment is the recipe for success. Patience is also key when there is volatility and understanding that nothing stays the same. Making strategic moves rather than emotional moves will be better in the long run.

Cailey and her husband live in Coppell with their 5 children. Some activities they enjoy are playing basketball, camping/hiking, and visiting national parks. In her spare time, Cailey likes to watch true crime documentaries, cook delicious meals, and shop online.
